The entire Class 100,000 cleanroom utilizes green building materials with metal-embedded rock wool panel partitions, featuring R-shaped corners on the ceiling, walls, and floors, as well as R-shaped aluminum edges on three sides to reduce dust accumulation. The airborne dust particle count of 5µm is stably controlled to under 300 particles per cubic foot.
French high-wear-resistant seamless flooring materials are used. The seamless flooring extends up the wall for edging, offering excellent airtightness and waterproofing. It resists dust accumulation and is easy to clean.
